How do I know if my online order was received and confirmed by the store?

 After placing your order online, you will receive 3 separate notifications to confirm your order status:

1. On the Order State page, you will see if your order has been Accepted, Rejected or has Failed.
2. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number to show the status of your order.
3. An email will be sent to the email address you have provided to show the status of your order.

If you have received an order confirmation by either/ all of the above-mentioned notifications, you order has been successfully received and confirmed by the store where you placed it.
