The OTP is sent to you from your
bank after you have filled in your card details and clicked pay. It is
possible that you will not receive a OTP in the following situations:
- The card you are using, is not registered for transactions.
- Your bank may currently be experiencing technical issues, please contact them to confirm if this is the case.
- The device the OTP is being sent to by the bank might not be receiving text messages. Please try restarting your phone to see that you are
receiving other text messages and confirm that this number is registered
with your bank.
